Feb, 26, 14 - The Red Shirt leader has confirmed that the group's members strongly support democratic process and vowed to exercise their rights under the constitution.

Puethai's party list candidate and the United front for Democracy against Dictatorship or UDD's leader, Weng Tochirakan reiterated that the group has strongly supported democratic procedure and the movements of the Red Shirt expecting to carry soon are under the country's constitution as the Civil Court ruled last week that PDRC's demonstration is lawful.

Tochirakan also denied setting up armed groups and dividing Thailand. He added that 10 million guns, said by PDRC's secretary general, is the matter of Charuphong Ruengsuvan, Interior Minister, who wanted to warn people not to use violence and a coup in demonstration. Furthermore, he said that the occurrence of the civil war will be triggered by Suthep Tueksuban.
