Breaking - Puigdemont Speaks in Brussels

The ousted leader of Catalonia is delivering his speech in Brussels.

He says that he will continue to govern the region despite the limitation given by Spanish government.

He continues "We are working for the socialist party in Spain to not be able to dismantle our institution. We will make sure that the institution in Catalonia is standing. We will prevent article 155 from being implemented."
