Chaopraya River Dam has stopped providing water for the agricultural purposes in the area of the county's Chaopraya plain as the dam announced before.
The dam, located in Chainat province, yesterday stopped draining water for the agricultural purposes due to the low water level, reserving for consumption and waterworks.
The Irrigation Department disclosed that the dam will drain the available water only 80 cubic meters a second to push the salty water in the capital city of Bangkok.
