Floral Decoration at Constitution Monument Dismantled
At 3 p.m. local time, the protesters started gathering at the monument and calling for the end of the military regime. Meanwhile the police addressing to the demonstrators that the gathering was unlawful and prone to the spread of Covid-19.
As police address, the demonstrators stormed in the the police so as to demand the officers to stop maneuvering. Some were uttering with profanity. Later, the crowd ordered by Panupong Jadnok shifted to dismantle the decorations situated around the monument, and covered the building with big red robe to show sign against the claimed the military regime.
In contradictory scene, the red robe was laid on the roundabout allowing protesters to color and express their political perspectives. Repealing Article 112, No God No King and profanity are able to be seen.
At 7 pm, the group moved its protest site from the monument to the supreme court located next to the Bangkok's City Pillar Shrine.
Panupong Jadnok posted on twitter quote - No negotiation, Time is up. People won't surrender - before they marched to the destination.

Half an hour later, Atthapon Buapat - one of the leaders of the group- rushed to the scene asking for negotiation, turning off the lights and the permission to enter the city pillar shrine. During, the negotiation, the police were lining up to hamper the protesters from the area and a man spotted by one of the participants at the demonstration - JeJook KlongSam - was allegedly using laser while others reported by VoiceTV uttered "If the lights aren't turned off within five minutes, we will storm".
Moments later, the explosion of explosive devices could be heard and stuff was thrown into the police line. According to VoiceTV at 8.00 p.m., the leaders - Benja, Atthapon, Nattida, and a person named Am as well as VoiceTV and the Reporter - were given the permission to enter the shrine aiming to pay respect to the city pillar.
At 8.30 p.m., the leader announced the end of Feb 13's demonstration and called for the release of 4 leaders being detained at Bangkok Remand Prison within 7 days. Quickly after that, color paste was thrown into the police line and the sounds of explosion could be constantly heard.
