Vocational Guard Detained

The suspect named Mr. Rathacha, himself attending the rally and acting as vocational guard, opened fire at a convenient store located near Panphaleelat Pier and injured a Ratsadorn guard after the leader had dissolved the rally, according to detectives from Bangkok Metropolitan Police Bureau.
Police bought the suspect to the Criminal Court in order to ask for authorization to detain him, however, 3 lakh baht surety can be placed for the release on bail.
Police Colonel Nimitra Nuponthong said the suspect has pledge alternatively, claiming he attended the demonstration and denying such offence. Preliminarily, the suspect was accused of weaponry possession, attempt to cause death, and baring arms in a town, village or public way openly. Some information is applied from Naewna and Dailynews.
