Leaders of Radsadorn Group Detained

        Bangkok, Thailand (Feb 9) - Parith Chiwarak, Anon Nampa, Pathiwat Saraiyaem and Somtod Prueksakasemsuk - leaders of Radsadorn Group - haven't been released on bail, considering to conduct similar offences related to 112 and 116 of the criminal code and the emergency decree.

        The court has ruled that the perpetrators made the blasphemy and the offences consist of high penalties. In addition to this, the offenders have repeatedly made the similar offences. Consequently, the court finally ruled the culprits shouldn't be released on bail.

        The offence consists of making blasphemy on the highest institution, putting blockade on public ways, violating Public Gathering Act, deteriorating the value of historical site.

        The offenders have been taken to and detained at Bangkok Remand Prison since 6.40 p.m. local time. Some information is applied from Thaipost and Neawna.
