Hundreds Gather at Ratchaprasong Intersection

        Bangkok, Thailand (Mar. 24) - Hundreds of Ratsadorn Group have gathered at the business district in Bangkok, Ratchaprasong, calling for the reform on the highest institution and the release of those held captive in prison.

        At the beginning of the rally, protesters arranged Free People Art Activity, inviting people to express political sentiment on white robe and on the street. 

        Bencha Apan - a leader of the rally, speaking on the rostrum, had made strident satirical statement, attacking the justice system and the monarchy as many leaders were detained. Most of the accusations are the violation of Section 116 of the Thai Penalty Code.

        Attapon Buapat, one of the leaders of the demonstrations, arbitrarily attacked the government with the accusation of Ngoo Haw (offering money for representatives' votes in parliamentary sessions) which Pannikawanich couldn't detail.

        He added the premier has failed to cope Covid-19 pandemic as the clusters usually occurred at the military businesses. Conversely, Lowy Institute assessed almost 100 countries on six criteria, including confirmed cases, Covid-19 deaths and testing metrics and it ranked Thailand at the 5th country that responded to the pathogen best.
