Who Take Benefit from Constitution Amendment : Warong Dechgitvigrom

        Bangkok, Thailand (Mar. 15) - Warong Dechgitvigrom - a leader of Thaibhakdi - has posted on his Facebook page Monday, using #แก้รัฐธรรมนูญเพื่อใคร to point out who take benefit from the new constitution drafting.

        He asked "Do people benefit from the amendment?" He added that the Constitutional Tribunal had ruled that the parliament has the right to draft a new constitution unless the decision is approved by citizens in referendum. 

        Conversely, some political parties since the ruling have interpreted differently and taken people as their shield, prompting skeptical question "Are 16 million people who voted in the latest referendum Thai citizen?"

        He continued that the court will soon issued the final ruling and added that all sides must admit the court's decision and the defiant parties must take responsibility and consequences.

        He also asked those who desire a new constitutional drafting to pointed the section which are affecting people enough to draft the new one.
