Pol Maj Gen Piya Tawichai, a spokesperson to the Bangkok Metropolitan Police Bureau, confirmed Friday that a man, who led the demonstrations at the parliament on Nov. 18-19, has already evaded the upcoming trail on the accusation of violating Section 112. He added the outlaw was released on bail. "From the inspection, it shows that the man has fled the country days ago." he said.
From the information of Thai Lawyers for Human Rights, Tattep Ruangprapaikitseree and Chanin Wongsri was accused of violating Section 112.
In addition to this, Chanin Wongsri posted on Facebook his latest location, Thammasat University, Rungsit, to deny evading the police.

Six leaders who let the demonstrations at the parliament on Nov. 18-19 were accused of violating Section 116 (public agitation) but Mr. Tattep and Mr. Chanin had an additional charge on Section 112.
Previously, the court rejected requests to release Parit Chaiwarak, Panusaya Sithijirawattanakul and other leaders of Ratsadorn Group on sureties, showing reasons that the detainees have ability to escape and are likely to repeat same offences they made.
