Bangkok, Thailand (Mar. 7) - Samranrat Police Station's inquiry police have summoned Panusaya Sithijirawattanakul, a leader of Ratsadorn Group, Sunday to notify charges she made during the demonstration on Feb 13.

She said that the accusations were the violations of Emergency Decree, Public Order Act and Disease Control Act. She added she experienced 5.9 million Baht fine as she and her co-leaders ordered protesters to dismantle and vandalize floral decorations installed around the Constitution Monument on that day.

She has learned that 5-6 people have been accused of the similar offences.

When asked about Sunday demonstration, she insisted that she wouldn't participate in the mob because of  her desire to stay her family and the preparation for Mar. 8's court summon. She added that she is now preparing for the examination scheduled next month and she accepts if the court rejects to release her on bail.

The court summon was issued due to the demonstration on Sep. 19 which the crowds forcibly stormed into Thammasat University's compound and vandalized the historic site - the Royal Funeral Field - by digging it and installed the group's metal emblem. Some information is applied form Thairath and Thaipost.
