Man Raids Local Agricultural Center in Samutprakan, Slow Response

        Samutprakan, Thailand (Mar. 20) - A man has raided Local Agricultural Center in Samutprakan early Saturday, frightening community.

        The raid happened at Local Agricultural Center in Klongsuan, Bangbo, Samutprakan at 1.50 am local time. The man had crossed a canal and entered the compound before the residents managed to catch the invader. Then, the residents called the headman Sano Deangnoi. 

        The name of the invader, wearing no pants or underwear, cannot identified because the man did not carry any personal IDs.

        A resident named Adisorn Yangcharoen had called 191 before the invader managed to enter, asking for quick response form the police. However, the police spent over 50 minutes to reach the scene, making residents frustrated for the slow response.

        The invader, sometimes talking an alien language, replied with devious statement. He was taken to the Preng Police Station.
