3 Myanmar Illegal Smugglers Quarantined


          Rachaburi, Thailand (Oct. 9) - Emeritus Secretary General to Suanpueng, Rachaburi has passed three Myanmar illegal travellers, sneaking into the kingdom's teritory without visas at Sunpueng District and captured on Oct. 7, to inquiry officials on illegal smuggling accusation. ThaiPBS has reported.

          The investigation showed that one of them had used to cross the border since 2010 because his relatives residing in Thailand but having a chilli farm in Mynmar. Two of them claimed that they use to reside at Ban Tam Hin Migrant Center but no evidences have been found.

          The smugglers spoke that they would be infected with Covid-19, causing the border closure, if they continue to live in Myanmar.

          Official said that the migrants are now preliminarily residing at the managed isolation facility. High temperature haven't been shown through Covid - 19 screening process. The officials are preparing to extradite the smugglers. Some information is applied from ThaiPBS.
