Arayik Harutyunyan, the president of Armania's Nagorno-Karabakh, reportedly accused Syria of backing Arzerbaijan, adding that Israeli-made attack drones were seen in recent attack.

"Harutyunyan also accused Azerbaijan authorities of failing to comply with an agreement on the exchange of prisoners and the dead that should have taken place on Sunday with the support of the Red Cross", Aljazeera reported.

More than 300 people have been killed and thousands been forced to flee their homes since the latest violence in the long-running conflict broke out on 27 September.
