Covid-19 Cases in India Declining

          New Delhi, India (Oct. 12) - India's Ministry of Public Health has reportedly revealed Monday that the number of new confirmed cases in corona virus have continuously declined.  

         On Monday, 66,732 new cases have been reported, accumulating the caseload to 7,120,538, according to Union Health Ministry.

          816 deaths due to the infection have been learned  in the past 24 hours, continuing to fall as reported at 8 am local time.

          84 pecent of the fatalities are reported from 10 states, with 308 deaths having revealed in Maharashtra. 

          From the current situation in India, the number of confirmed cases the country is expected to surpass those striken with the virus in the US.

          It took 110 days for the Covid-19 cases in the country to reach a million while it had taken half of the duration to pass another one million. Some information is applied from the Hindustan Times.
